We were close to such places as huacheng square. We greatly enjoyed staying at hengdong business. Don't forget to explore Li Wan neighbourhood...

No staff speak english. Management orientaion - pure Chinese guests. Not close to Metro station - only accessable by shuttling per taxis.

Horrible breakfast. The only available coffee was instant pre-made with milk and sugar served in water glasses. Very difficult to communicate with the staff as most didn't speak any English. They charged me for the room more than was quoted when I booked it I'll not be staying at this hotel again and I don't recommend it

They don't speak English and this is a big problem ,always the staff there try to give you room with out window also in my room the tv and the hot air con dint work !! I was frizzing all night ,,also problem with the hot water ,,and in the and I locked the door in the night and in the morning couldn't open!!! And the staff dont speak English!!!!! Imagine! Room 807!!!

The comunications problem with the staff of the hotel. They don't have a service oriented to the client. I feel that they don't want help you, only they want that you spent your money. They have the mind of the taxi driver. They have systems like the safety box and the check out that are very slow in process, too burocratic. The resolution of the problems always go against the client. Don't do nothing in favor of the client.

Near the fair ..15 minutes by free shuttle and broadband service

No wifi even if it is in the booking web site of the hotel (not all laptop has broadband port). Rooms not so clean but acceptable. Owful breakfast..better not to have and go outside..western food is only bread, egg and ham. They asked for 300 rmb to buy for me a train ticket of 160 rmb.

Effort to communicate, clean bathroom, comfortable, sufficient bedroom/lounge, kettle with tea bags, bottles of water.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Absolutely nothing, the Hotel was filthy

The bedlinnen was dirty.The windows were covered in dust. The bed was 1ft off the floor and very uncomfortable.The staff did not speak English. The bathroom had mould and grime around the sink and bath. The restaurant / breakfast was purely Chinese.There was no bar. The internet was not working. There was no Wifi.It was an absolute disgrace.

The bathroom was spotless and comfortable, while the bedroom and lounge provided ample space for us. We also appreciated the complimentary tea bags and two bottles of water, which were a nice touch. the front desk staff were friendly
